Dear Sir/Madam:
I placed an order on 24/1/12
with a pair of Nike trainers (ref.12478), with a cost 43.20€. Unfortunately, I
did not receive the trainers I had ordered and obtained a pair of Umbro
trainers instead. I know that it is possible that two different orders were
mixed up and I am sure you will admit the mistake. Could you please recheck the
order?
At present, I do not know the
purchase policy of the website and I would be very content if you explained to
me the steps to be taken in cases like this. What I would like is to exchange
the trainers received for the ones I really ordered as soon as possible/
without any additional shipping costs.
